So, here is the back story of Loupy in Paw patrol. The young pup was in a circus as performing wolf, but his general clumsyness and social anguish problems (with stress incontinence) made him a really poor performer. He was finally abandonned and ended being a street pup. The Paw Patrol helped him feel better and try to find a place in this world. So, he later showed up like this at the Paw Patroller door, hoping the pup would take him in. You know the rest.
