Pretty sure all the food under the blanket is made from Tiffany, but I doubt any of it will be recognizable as such. It would freak Marci out if Tiffany's head was on a platter with an apple in her mouth! Skylar needs to win Marci's unwavering trust before he admits that people she knows (or knew) are being made into food by her boyfriend, and that food made from people is what she has so greatly enjoyed eating!
What I am wondering is if this batch will make Marci bigger, or restore her to her smaller figure. Since Skylar can make his food affect someone in either direction, it might be good to show Marci that being plump for him does not mean she has to be plump all the time. That might also appease Blake, if she sees her friend is not on a one-way trip to obesity.
