This is Clover Pheona, the son of Faunelle Pheona (and Charmy Lucksclover, the brother of Flower Natural). Like Silver and Ryder, Clover is another male who has blunt feminine qualities, but unlike Silver and Ryder, who still act masculine and sound masculine, Clover is a case of a female being born in a male body. His voice is very feminine to the point that you'd think he was a girl if you heard him speak (and his accent makes it even harder to tell, a very affectionate belle like tone). He still calls himself male despite that.

Note: Yes I drew him with nipples. This was something brought up to me that I never really thought much about before, but yes, male Starmaninjians do have nipples. They're usually not exposed, but I never really thought much about drawing males with nipples. I figured it's kind of a "Why not?" case so I'll probably start drawing shirtless males with them for the sake of consistency, though in reality, their nipples are only really exposed if they're aroused, just as female nipples grow when aroused. Clover's always aroused though. Male breasts can produce milk just like female breasts, but far less for very obvious reasons.
Clover is technically the closest thing to a Starmaninjian being explicitly Homosexual, but in reality, ALL Starmaninjians are bisexual (as they were originally all females and reproduce asexually, choosing a mate strictly based on gender is a silly concept to them.) Clover himself doesn't have a particularly stronger interest in males, but due to his nature, he finds himself getting affectionate with other male Starmaninjians more often, particularly Kao Ninjaratzu. Like his mother, he has a strange desire to be dominated by someone stronger and more "predatory" and Kao, being a Ratzu, is very similar to the wolf, naturally a predator type. Unlike his mother though, he isn't shy about it and will openly flirt with Kao to get him to dominate him. Ironically, despite his submissive desires, he tends to be the one who calls the shots.
