So here's Dirk as I promised. You can find all info you need from character sheet. But here's little about his bio, because most of it is located at Arctica's bio.

Dirk is an emperor in Tampori's kingdom. The population of the Tampori he rules is mostly populated by dragons or dragon hybrids. Dirk and Stilton from his inherited kingdom Ivaltra has been in war ever since Stilton inherited the throne. emperor himself is not quite powerful with only his dragon combat against ancient skeleton army. So did thought Arctica, Ivaltra's last good skeleton, who "Blessed" Dirk with a curse making him able to create and control wisps of different types.
Arctica then took responsibility to look after Tampori while Dirk gone for a long trip to find new kingdom for his help. Always better, if he manages to get a half of the kingdom to defeat Stilton.
