I would imagine they do. The Digital World is in some way a byproduct of the Internet and all that entails (pretty much the most consistent canon across almost all the iterations of the series), so Digimon more than likely have some inherent Internet knowledge.

For the record, in the new Digimon World: Next Order game, there's still Meat and Vegatables and both are distinctly different. There's even a small "war" being fought by the "Meat" and "Veggie" Troops.
