This work puts the viewer in relationship between multiculturalism and vegetarian ethics.

With influences as diverse as Salvador Dali and Andy Warhol, new synergies are distilled from both opaque and transparent textures, parodying the capitalist rhetoric proper to pop art, pushed to extremes into what results in the end into an absurdly chaotic, amorphous creature named Discord.

“Society is part of the futility of consciousness,” says Sartre. The illusion of stability, the determination of men to believe they can have everything in control. Discord is a character that's beyond the Hasbro's franchise, it oughta had a better writer to reveal the amazing, scary, amusing creature he is, the cult of chaos has found his God, if such a thing could be defined as a God, or a Lovecraftian monster of some kind. Maybe even the answer to everything that makes everyday life so bland and devoid.

I have always been fascinated by the traditional understanding of the zeitgeist. What starts out as hope soon becomes finessed into a carnival of temptation, leaving only a sense of failing and the inevitability of a new understanding. Submaterialist theory is not theory, as material situationism suggests, but posttheory. But Derrida suggests the use of semiotic discourse to challenge society. A number of discourses concerning cultural neoanarchist theory exist. In a sense, if neotextual theory holds, we have to choose between submaterialist theory and conceptualist narrative.  As spatial phenomena become reconfigured through studious and academic practice, the spectator is left with an epitaph for the inaccuracies of our condition, and a questioning of the reality on what truly rules the world we live in.

Acrylics on  canvas, realized in less time than Cat on a table, surprisingly.
