It was a Sunday afternoon. A husky puppy was in the living room enjoying an afternoon movie with his mother's boyfriend, a German shepherd. It wasn’t a great action movie, but it was entertaining enough.
During a certain scene in the film, the hero, a white tiger, had to deal with an imposing adversary, a tall and stout elephant. And although the hero was showing off his best hits, the elephant did not seem to be affected by his attacks. When it was the elephant’s turn to attack, he simply lifted the hero by the neck, strangling him. Running out of options and oxygen, the white tiger used his feet against the elephant’s belly to push his own lower body backwards, taking advantage of the momentum, he rammed both his steel-toe shoes against the elephant’s groin.
The white furred husky noticed a faint flinch in the older canid’s face when the hit connected. Then the pup saw the elephant doing the typical reaction to a blow in that area, a high-pitched squeak followed by falling to his knees, cupping his groin.
The pup had seen it before, males around him usually reacted in pain when someone got hit in the groin on television. However, due to the fact he had never seen a groin kick in real life, he found it hard to believe that a blow to that area could incapacitate such burly guy, trained to endure pain like that elephant.
“Does it really hurt that bad?” asked the husky to the German shepherd.
“Uh?” The older dog didn’t seem to understand the question.
“Is a kick in the nards really that bad?”
“Ah, you mean that.” The adult dog closed his eyes and kept silent for a moment. “Well, I guess it’s about time you start to learn about this sort of things,” he said standing up from the couch. “Alright, get up.”
The young husky followed the adult’s instruction and stood up.
“Now turn around and move your hands forward.”
“Like this?” The husky stared to get nervous.
“Spread your legs.”
“Like thi…”
“A little more,” interrupted the bigger dog. “Perfect.”
“What do I do now?” asked the young canid without looking back, but he heard no answer.
A short high-pitched yowl escaped from the young husky’s maw when he felt the German shepherd’s foot connecting a powerful kick to his little orbs. The young boy instantly felt a displeasing shock, but it was nothing compared to the burning pain that came two seconds later.
The husky’s reaction was just like those from films and TV shows, he fell to his knees cupping his aching gonads, slowly bending forward until his muzzle touched the living room’s wooden floor. In no time, tears started to moisten the fur of his cheeks. He tried to cry out loud but he found it hard to breathe; instead, he could only let out gasping sobs.
"You wanted to know how much a blow to the nards hurts?" The older canid squatted next to the pained boy and started patting his lower back, “Does that answer your question?” he asked cynically with a smirk in his face.
