Character Description
Leon is a Con man turned demon when he conned the wrong people, now he lives life only to watch others burn.
Personality
Cunning, Cruel, Deranged, Underhanded, A professional con-artist however is a man of his word. Has a way of working things his way, him being a classic manipulator, often can make others do what he wants.
Quite possibly a deranged psychopath.
Likes/Dislikes
Likes: Alcohol but whiskey is his preferred drink of choice, cigarettes, hurting people, knives (all kinds), a good deal.
Dislikes: Children, Mafia families, Touchy people, Getting his suit dirty or damaged, lack of control.
Background/History
Leon was once a cunning con artist who worked for two warring mafia families.
However once one of the mafia family heads found out about his shady dealings, he was rewarded for his con by getting a bullet past through the back of his head.
In the darkness of death Lucifer himself came to sea him off to hell for his commitment to the sin of treachery, an act securing him the final ring of hell.
Leon however would not go willingly and used every dirty trick he had in his mind.
Finally, he gave Lucifer an ultimatum. Rather then take him to hell, why not give him a job?
Lucifer was not interested at first, but he slowly became impressed by his ability to sell his talents. Leon proposed Lucifer make him his contractor. His only price, to get revenge on the Mafia families who he worked for. Lucifer agreed.
After also agreeing to give Leon eternal youth and life along with Immortality, Lucifer proclaimed Leon his personal contractor. His job, collect the souls of those who have given them freely for whatever reason.
Now Leon walks the earth, now given freedom to do what he wants, but at the cost of his humanity and personal freedom.
Only time will tell if it will be worth it...

Father: Unknown - all that is know is he was a tabby cat.
Mother: Rachel - A female hyena.
World/Setting
Lives in a world LOOSLY based off of Zoophobias world in a city outside of the city called Safehaven. The city is pretty much a anthropomorphic only realm, steeped in corruption.
Drugs, Sex, and Alcohol seep from this cities core, and not even it's police force can control it, so they simply try and keep it's people safe.
Mafias control the city now, keeping the gangs in line, but only the ones who fall under their control.
Body
Leon is an orange tabby cat with sharp teeth, long claw like nails, with brown slash marks on his fur.
Clothing
He wears a black suit with a matching fedora.
Accessories
He lacks shoes and is often seen smoking a cigarette.
He is always armed with a knife, most commonly a butterfly knife.
