Bio:

Being born in an illegal Labratory, Blizzard was the legitimate Offspring from a Lucario and Pangoro.

Growing up in isolation the young Riolu was forced to fight on a daily base in order to get stronger, killing opponents if nessecary.
Over the years the Riolu was used for cruel experiments, forced battle and so on.
Unable to evolve due being neglected she slowly turned useless for the owners of the Labratory who tried to get rid of her as soon as possibe.

But Blizzard had luck, in one night the lab was set on fire by some pokemon out of control, Blizzard was able to escape with her foster father César, a Chestnaught.

He tooked care over her and even handled over a Lucarionite, telling her to take good care about it.
But César was very old already and passed away during illness.

After some weeks of being alone and wandering in the woods, Blizzard was found and catched by a kind human called Matthew.

He tooked good care over her and even helped her to evolve after some events.

( I would love to give more Informations, but I have to save a few things for some upcoming storys I plan to write)

Facts:
-During the isolation Blizzard has some weird social abilities and is shy around pokemon she doesnt know.

-Suffers by paranoia and nightmares on a daily base

-Has a prothestic right paw

-Her scarf and earring used to belong to her first crush

-Has heterochromia

-Has a weakness for green tea
