So what can Nanokoe prime (Dimensional Crossover series) do in this form? Control reality of course. Lets be honest though he cant reach this form by normal means and he cant stay in this form for long.
The only way he can transform into this, as far as right now, is absorbing alot of energy from both heroes and villains.
