Hat and panties. What more do you need?
Actually, for a pony, they could wear a short dress/skirt,
their panties will still be visible from behind.

I did consider giving her a skirt, but it would obscure the rest of her uniform (besides the undies, of course!) :D

Make a view between side and back (a quarter view?), then you can show the pony, skirt and panties. I think that'll be a good solution.

The perspective you're referring to is 95% of my pictures though. Sometimes I like that over-the-shoulder look! It's a good opportunity to show off the tail too!
