Lee wants you to taste de soup!

I've been such a fan of theirs for a very long time. Not only is their art incredible but they are some of the best animators I've seen in a long time. I can't even begin to tell you the amount of care and professionalism this artist put into their work.

Ooh ooh ooh, gimme gimme gimme. ;-)

Speaking of noms.....
I'm 63, last Monday was the VERY FIRST time I tried making fried chicken.
I can't believe I've never done this before.
I remember my grandmother used to make it all the time with one of those square electric frying pans.

OMG fried chicken is what I live for. I especially like to put a little corn meal in the flour breading when I double batter it. So good. I love my electric frying pan so much. I just bought a new one because I used my other one up something fierce.

I'm using a new Lodge 12" cast iron skillet. It was my Christmas present.
I've always preferred cast iron.
Nothing, and I *mean* nothing sticks to it.
Clean up? Wipe the extra grease out with a paper towel and set it back on the stove. You're done.

Every other day or so, 3 strips of bacon, a hash brown patty and two eggs over medium.
Narfle nom nom.

Although there's a side effect. "Does this pan make my ass look fat?"

Hugs

Those are hands down the best skillets around. I have one that I use to Pittsburg Steaks and blacken fish. Never seen a dishwasher not once. It's the best cooking utensil in the kitchen. *looks at you ass.* Nope...looks good to me.

I suppose it's my fault for wearing only an apron.
Got'ta protect the naughty bits from grease spatters.
