Introducing Zero 305-960-248 "Zasana" and her "older" sister Zero 305-960-249 "Zemena", purchased and adopted by Claws Canidae. They're from a separate canonicity than Kiba and Tamiko, so any fun little interactions between the two pairs of siblings will be sadly non-canon.

Zeroes are a 'race' of manufactured clones created by

Sussurak

for his heavily science-fiction based "Nathari" setting, named for the anthropomorphic dinoraptor species he also invented. The Zeroes' "mother", Zeno, is a half-Nathari and wolf hybrid dubbed a "luporaptor", and this moniker can also be applied to her clones.

When purchased, the Company will program a cloning tube at a local distribution center or ship one to the client, giving the new Zero or Zeroes various characteristics to match the order - including but not limited to appearance, skills, and memories - although glitches do sometimes occur. The client will also be provided with a "dream machine" for each intended clone to back up its memories on a nightly basis.

Like the Nathari and their estranged kin the Dynari and Karaki, Zeroes contain a chemical called Karak (or, more formally, Karak-soul of a given color) which grants them various abilities - in most Zeroes, nearly all of their karak is used to enable their memory transferal capability. This ability combined with the karak itself allows a Zero to be reborn from an available cloning tube when he or she dies and to 'download' others' memories from a central database to gain new skills.
