Oh man, I haven't thought of that in years. I should probably look up a video on youtube and relive some classic Sesame Street.

All the classic Sesame Street clips are all there, believe me. And with so many showbiz-behind-the-scenes nerds of our generation online, the comments can overflow with who did the vocals for this and what studio did that.
Example: the Pointer Sisters did the vocals for the Number Count Pinball Machine. And Grace Slick of Jefferson Airplane/Starship did the vocals on these:
