Here is the first (well second counting former members) of the Poncho Brigade. All generations (storylines) has ponchoed animals and this one makes an army out of them.

Miley was a normal Penitatas until Kenneth Powers attacked and then she was forced into the fray, due to her way of inspiring Penitatas and was Senior Lieutenant of the Poncho Bridge, until the two leaders quit (Poncho decided to quit to focus on being king of the Pandarens and live in Shang-Mulan and Mindy was humiliated out of her position after the Paladins said that Mindy played no part in the battle.)

Her outfit is a strapless one piece dress with black tights underneath and a toeless sock like her sister, Kashina. The Poncho she wears is a special poncho given to all new recruits in the Poncho Brigade (hence the name of the group). She also got a special high priced bionic eye to fix her birth defect she was born with, so no more calling shapeless blobs Adolph.

She like Mindy and the others associated with taking down Kenneth Powers became a Perma Penitatas to inspire the new generation of heroes and even new generation of Penitatas to follow their dreams.
