man this took a while x.x
i havent drawn Fell Pap yet! n hes awesome! so i did it! xD his face is easier then UT Pap for sure imo.

used a different brush for the lineart

i really like how smooth it draws but i dislike the lack of editing capabilities it has xP

but i love how it turned out! xC so no one is gonna make me feel otherwise!
