This is the beginning of a great fight scene. The quote reflects Diana's possible thoughts as she leaps into the air and tries to hit Sharon with an axe kick. The setting of a storm reflects the tumultuous relationship between the two sisters that has turned into a turbulent rivalry now that they got powets. Diana is getting into fights with Bosco and wrecking the city while Sharon is trying to rein them in. Their positions in the fight reflect how their powers have affected their personalities. Diana is drunk on her own power, confident on her abilities, and sure of her actions that she tries to strike Sharon from above. In contrast, Sharon is focused and grounded on her vengeance, willing to strike with her cannon, and ready to settle things down in one strike. Bosco is kind of an enigma here as he watches the sisters fight as an spectator rather than participate. It's kind of surprising considering a violent scenario would rile him up to join the brawl. But then one remembers that the LaFleur sisters were his lab assistants and one can see that he has enough thoughts and care to realize that either this is their personal fight or maybe he doesn't want to take sides between two people he cares about.
