The poor Buizel seems to be caught in ankle cuffs with floating feathers going all over his trapped ticklish feet. I'm sure it isn't too intense, but I'm sure he'll be there for a few hours :3

I used to have a Buizel pokesona that id use in RPs occasionally. Maybe I'll try drawing him one day and bring him back x3
