I love movies, computer games .. all this stuff. But I always loved a book. In fact whenever I'm on the prowl you will always find (among other things) a book stashed inside my backpack.

Well, I am always taking a book to work. And I was used to watch a lot movies, I still do sometimes, most of times to be disappointed, and I play video games, but television is just full of waffle and I hate it.

si, es epica la de La historia interminable, otro de mis libros favoritos, aunque sinceramente me gusta mas Momo, tiene una lección que todo el mundo debería saber, ya que los hombres de gris existen, desafortunadamente no tenemos una momo que nos rescate de ellos

La lectura no debiera ser un hábito... Debiera ser un deleite...
Es barato, enriquece tu mente, crea conciencias y aviva la imaginación...

Desgraciadamente, yo si soy de los que se molestan cuando no me regresan un libro o cuando me lo regresan maltratado... Pienso que un libro debe tratarse como un tesoro, como si fuera oro...

Pero no por eso deben de estar quietos guardando el polvo... uno debe de volver a leerlos, sin importar cuantas veces los hayas leído antes... Lo malo es que eso te deja menos tiempo para leer nuevos libros... =S

Y Momo es un excelente libro... Bien por Biro y Arturo...

Unfortunately, I am one that gets bothered when someone doesn't returns me a book or when they return it mistreated...
I think a book must treated like a treasure, as if it was gold...

But it shouldn't be keeping under the dust... One must return to read them over and over again, without concerning how many times you have read it before... The bad thing is that you'll have less time you to read new books… =S

And Momo is an excellent book… Well for Biro and Arthur…

wow, no habia visto que nadie publicara en ambos idiomas sus comentarios
si, que me los regresen todos maltratados y rotos tambien me molesta un poco, no tanto para enojarme pero es que tambien soy cuidadoso con mis cosas, pero tengo la idea de que un libro no se lo debe quedar uno, ya que los libros no se hicieron para uno, se hicieron para que los leyeramos varios, y hay que estarlos rotando, asi como tambien pidiendo prestado, ya que uno no puede tener todos los libros que se leen, no sabria donde cabrian.
lo mismo aplica con las peliculas, ya que tambien soy un cinefilo, amo el cine, y me gusta estarlo compartiendo, ya sea prestandolo o haciendo reuniones de cine en mi casa y que todos nos juntemos con palomitas y refrescos a ver.

Jajajaja...

Hay ocasiones en que si tiendo a hacer los 'posts' en dos idiomas, ya que aquí luego no entienden lo que uno dice... Y aprovechando que tu nota estaba en español e inglés... pues... =3

Conocí a alguien que tenía tantos libros que uno tenía que sentarse literalmente en ellos, pero las pláticas con él eran exquisitas... Siempre que citaba a alguien, buscaba el libro entre todo el desorden que tenía (pero bien sabía por donde estaba dicho libro) y te enseñaba la página con la cita. Argumentar con él era todo un reto, lo cual me fascinaba...

Y sobre las películas, siento que soy mucho más exigente con las películas que con los libros... He leído bastantes porquerías literarias, pero un libro, por bueno o malo, siempre te aporta algo... Una película no siempre...

Y por el tipo de películas que me gustan, es difícil encontrar un cine donde las proyecten, y más difícil encontrar a alguien que le guste verlas conmigo =(
Me gustan las películas de terror (aunque el buen terror murió en los 80s), las dramáticas, las de trama muy compleja y el cine de arte ( o sea, películas que no son taquilleras jajajaja)... Y más porque cuando veo una película en la que esté interesado, me pone frenético que la gente hable!!! =Z Y que estén pateando el asiento, mucho peor...

Cuando me dedico a algo, me gusta ponerle toda mi atención... Una de mis tantas manías... jajajaja

¿Y que tipo de libros y de películas te gustan?

oh vaya, es interesante saber este tipo de cosas de las otras personas :3
pues, de libros me gustan mucho los de terror, como El exorcista, o los de Lovecraft, me encanta la ciencia ficción, principalmente la de Isaac Asimov. Pero mi genero favorito es la fantasia.
Te digo que principalmente soy Cinefilo, asi que lo que mas tengo libros es sobre cine, y como veras me encanta el arte, la animación, y me fascina tener libros de arte conceptual de las peliculas.
De peliculas me gustan de todo tipo,tambien soy un poco mas exigente y suelo tachar muchas peliculas, pero asi como me puede gustar la pelicula de arte mas rara, me encantan tambien los blockbusters norteamericanos.
Amo la tecnica de animación y lucho por alcanzar un día mi sueño de trabajar en la animación, mi película favorita es Ratatouille, aunque anda un poco peleada con el segundo lugar Amélie, amo esas dos pelis y no me canso de verlas.
Muchas veces voy solo al cine y no pongo ninguna objeción por eso, ya que hay muchas en las que tampoco me quiere acompañar la gente, pero ya me acostumbré, pero de preferencia y cuando se que es una que a todos gusta me gusta ir con amigos o con mi pareja.
También amo la comedia, pero en ese genero especialmente soy muy quisquilloso, muy muy especial, la mayoria no me gusta porque se me suelen hacer muy bobas, de un humor muy soso, suena bien mamon pero me gusta Woody Allen, sus peliculas tienen un humor muy chido (aunque odio que sus salas esten llenas de gente porque parece que la gente se rie hasta fuerte como diciendole a sus alrededores "jajaja yo si entendí el chiste", patetico), el humor de Disney sinceramente lo amo, soy muy fan de Disney desde chico, igualmente de Pixar, me gusta tambien Jim Carrey, aunque hay algunas de él que nomas no, como donde sale que habla con los animales, o la de una pareja de tontos, esas si que no. etc. Creo que nos llevariamos una muy buena platica hablando de peliculas, hihi.
De cine de genero amo lo de Jean Pierre Jeaunet, David Fincher, Stanley Kubrick, Danny Boyle, y Jean jacques annaud (este ultimo porque siempre tiene peliculas con animalitos n__n )

Creo que si...

De Jean Jacques Annaud, me gustó mucho la de L'Ours (El Oso)... Una película sin diálogo, pero entiendes bien lo que quiere transmitir... Recuerdo mucho cuando el cachorro le intenta curar la herida al oso... O cuando se come el hongo... =3

De Kubric, me fascinan A Clock work orange (Naranja Mecánica) y Eyes Wide Shut (Ojos bien cerrados). Y no se diga The Shinning (El Resplandor)... Un director obsesivo en un genero que me gusta: el terror.

De Boyle, su mejor película diría que es Trainspotting... AUnque a muchos les gustó Slumdog Millionare (está buena pero no la puedo comparar con Trainspotting).

De Woody Allen, mmm... por alguna razón solo he visto EL Dormilón... Estuvo cagada la idea del "Orgasmatrón"... jajajaja

Y de Disney... Las clásicas... Fantasía es mi favorita.
De la nueva ola de Disney, de La Sirenita hasta el Rey León... De Pocahontas en adelante, ninguna me gustó... Y de la simbiosis con Pixar, solo diría que me han gustado Ratatouille, y mi favorita, Wall-e, pero creo que esta no es una película para niños... Está muy lenta la historia como para intentar tener a un escuincle sentado por hora y media, jajajaja De hecho, me acabo de comprar ambas en Blu-Ray hace una semana... =3

Y también veo de vez en cuando las películas taquilleras, pero me niego rotundamente a ver las de Will Ferrel... Me desespera su humor zozo.

Jajajaja... Ya le paro... por que si no, no me voy a ir a dormir... Pero por lo que veo, podriamos pasarnos horas platicando de esto... Jajajaja

This is great! I've always loved reading. I taught myself how before kindergarten, and have always just consumed books hungrily.

My favorite book, I have bought 7 times now. Because I keep loaning it to other people and don't get it back. XD

hehe, I learned to read before kinder too, that's the reason the first grade of school was so boring, all the kids were reading too slow. maybe that's the reason that I like to draw to much, the classes were longs XP

What is your favorite book?
My favorite one I've bought it onyl 3 times, hihi, for the same reasons, I loan it and they didn't get it back :(

The teacher had to send me to the higher grade during reading time because I would always get so frustrated at the other kids I would finish the words for them as they struggled to say anything harder than "dog." The older kids weren't any better. Apparently I was reading at an "adult" level when I was enrolled in kindergarten, so the whole time through school, everyone just sounded retarded when they tried to read aloud.

My favorite book series is Ender's Game and its sequels (bought the first one 7 times, and I think I'm on third copies of the rest). I always get really into books as I read them, but there's only two times I've ever actually cried from reading a book. One was a short story that just happened to strike a very personal chord because of how I related to it with events from my childhood, and that one just made me cry a little. The other was the ending of the last book in the Ender series, and I was just bawling stupidly. My mom came in and asked if I was okay and was worried because I was just reading and couldn't explain why I was crying like a baby. >_>;;

I haven't read Momo, but omg I love the Neverending Story. The movie is still one of my favorite movies, and the book was even better.

My favorite one is Ender's Shadow, because Bean was my really favorite one!!
I've never met a person who have read the Ender's Game books T_T well, only my cousin becaouse I lend him the books (and yes, he turned back to me after he read it, the only that I couldn't recover was precisely Ender's Shadow :( had a tragic destiny on the Mexico city's subway )
I've cried too, hihi, but well, it's not strange in me XP in the movies I use to cry too :S I'm very emotional I think, in the book that I more remember crying was at the end of the saga "His Dark Materials" for a silly reason: I really like those characters, and I felt so sad that all were overing and I was not going to know anymore about them, hehe

Yes, Neverending story is another of my favorite books, I love the works of Michael Ende, I prefer the book more than the movie, hihi, but yes, the movie was epic.

Por lo que veo, agregaré varios libros a mi librero próximamente. X3
Te salió muy bien el dibujo y la idea es genial también. Acabo de conseguir Momo después de ver la imagen y los comentarios. La saga de "Ender's game" se ve bien igualmente.

En lo personal, me quedé encantado con los libros de José Saramago desde que nos pidieron leer "El evangelio según Jesucristo" en la clase de literatura en prepa. Igualmente con "Cien años de Soledad" y 2 libros de Javier Marías: "Corazón tan blanco" y "Mañana en la batalla piensa en mi", el cual no he acabado debido al estudio. Necesito modificar mi tiempo... me dieron muchas ganas de leer libros que no sean de texto/programación de nuevo. ¡Gracias por reavivar esta pasión! X3

que padre! eso significa que este dibujo si esta cumpliendo su cometido, ya me lo imagino pegado afuera en una biblioteca, sería muy bueno :)
mira que yo tambien tengo un buen de cosas que hacer que hacen que un libro me tarde como un mes leyendolo, no soy muy rápido, y siempre aprovecho los tiempos de la ida al baño, o espera del camion, o transcurso del camion para leer, pero hay veces que en lugar de leer me pongo a dibujar, entonces por eso avanzo algo lento, pero siempre me puedes preguntar ¿que andas leyendo? y te tendré una respuesta XP ahorita ando leyendo "El mesias, el niño judío" de Anne Rice, esta muy muy bueno!

Y sii, leete Momo, es mi favorito :D
