A few drinks, a bet, and something about making billiard balls disappear. Trixie has quite the talent.
An interesting one to paint. Went from rough sketch straight to paint. Took about 6 hours. It was brought to my attention that I needed to draw some object stuffing. :>
A.) A long awkward and uncomfortable process of letting nature take its course. B.) Nature says this isn't natural and she's stuck with a stomach full of billiard balls. We hope equestria has good surgeons. C.) Some magical assistance. Though the individual would have to be confident they aren't say teleporting/liquefying her internal organs. Perhaps there's some kind of potion that can be of assistance.

Maybe, I'd have to do research and it may not even be something the show has thought about. I'd basically need to know if it's required to have the object in sight to use telekinesis. I'm pretty sure unicorns can levitate things they're not looking at, but they may be able to visualize exactly where it was when they had last looked at it. With the billiard balls she wouldn't have a visual on them, but she could certainly feel them and she know approximately where they are. Seems like it may be possible, perhaps more difficult.
