Character Sheet for Mau Solis
Species
Domestic Cat, (Bronze) Egyptian Mau
Character Description
Mau Solis is my placeholder fursona--I was told by some furry friends that if I didn't design one that they'd make one for me, so Mau was made to protect me from them.
Personality
Tsundere (this isn't too intense though), impatient and afraid of failure, not very talkative, feels content in socializing by being in the same room with others but doesn't like too big of crowds.
Likes/Dislikes
Likes: The warlock who took her in and the magic he teaches her, archery, participating in her cultural traditions, sticky things/toys, fidget objects/things that make non-mechanical sounds, practicing archery, savory food.
Dislikes: Not being able to master things right away/learning curves, (secretly) having small boobs (pretends to not mind), wearing more clothes than a bikini and her archery gear, food that is tart or sour.
Background/History
**Her backstory isn't set in stone.
She lived and grew up in a village of other cat people. When she was in her mid-teens, her village was raided and the people were taken to be sold on the black market. Many witches and warlocks came to buy them to be their familiars, but since she wasn't a black cat, she wasn't chosen. She was one of the last one to be bought and was bought by a warlock. Although her particular breed wasn't best to be a familiar, she instead helps the warlock by getting supplies for him and is learning the basics of everything.
He had originally bought her to save her since he himself couldn't go to the police as a criminal himself in having practiced questionable magic, but she chose to stay and be helpful for him.
The warlock's info barely exists because I literally haven't designed anything for him. I am tempted to say that he tried illegal spells that also turned him into a werewolf, but this may change too.
Relatives/Family
Parents, brothers and sisters that have been sold off to other witches and warlocks.
World/Setting
An AU world from ours in which furries, magic and alchemy exist, but furries are more of a minority compared to humans and most live in small tribes and villages in the wild away from humans.
Body
Short bangs over her forehead with cornrows over the top of her head and one on both sides of her ears, held by tiny red and black rubber bands, the length being wavy and reaching the bottom of her shoulderblades.
The bronze element of her coat puts brown and gold tints into her fur that would otherwise be various gray tones.
Clothing
Black bikini with a moon and star on both cups of the upper piece and backside of the bottom piece, archery protection: guards and gloves, archery breastplate with a star embossed into it, purple elemental tribal loincloth.
Accessories
Archery set made of dark green-dyed leather and wood and a utility belt with multiple pockets--she only brings these when she's out gathering things for the warlock's spells.
