This is a picture I took up because I loved the set of colours I found in a previous picture and wanted to create something with those colours in mind from the outset; I'm very happy with how it came out, even if it is simple it's a bit more of a dynamic shot than i'm used to in terms of positioning.
The picture itself is dedicated to a Mr. Shannon Hoon, and the effect he's had on my life so far; he was the singer of a band called Blind Melon, and was one of the most overlooked and tragic cases of the 90s alternative boom; I won't go into detail, but we all have rough times in our lives and Shannon's music and lyrics helped me through mine, and will always continue to do so. For that reason I'm dedicating this, and really most of my art to his spirit.
