I grew up with Pokemon in my childhood to and I forgot about the undercover Team Rocket costume and one of my Pokemon games I believe heart and gold addition in Pokemon you can disguise yourself as Team Rocket which is really cool hehe I still have the first games of Pokemon when it first came out on GameBoy ^^
