You know that old classified ads joke?  "‘Friendly dog, free to good home. Will eat anything; loves children.’"  Well, when you're talking about some dogs, it's not really a joke at all...

Take, for instance, Shadoxes like me...especially when I happen to be 'Clifford'-sized.  The friendliness does grow with my mass, rest assured on that...but so does my hunger.  So it's a good thing to be owned by such a cheery but laid-back lil' lizard fella like Guan here.  <3  He treats his big 'ol dog well, playing with me and feeding me and just being a very loving tyke!  It was the most fun interacting with him during his summer vacation, because then he had even more time to spend with me!  (Naturally, I'm a giant sponge for attention, like any happy dog would be!)

And whenever it came time to calm down after a day of romping and playing with the little iguanko, I was always particularly hungry, and the child particularly lazy.  So it was doubly-beneficial that I'd feed myself on my tasty little Master every time, sating my belly with a wriggly lizzy and giving that wriggly lizzy a soft place to relax in.  <3  Guan would always walk me out to the park anyways; it was only fair that I walked us back home on my own power, my big gut sagging just a little further with the tyke's added weight~

I knew I'd be seeing my lil' Master less with school starting up...but I also knew I'd still have him all to myself...and my belly...whenever he got home.  <3  ...I'd let him out in time for the next school-day, of course...  Probably...  Maybe...  If he didn't feel too nice in there...

Well.  The 'my dog ate me' excuse for tardiness does sound stronger than 'a dog ate my homework', at least!

This is one of the most special comics I've received to date.  <3

The passionate artist behind this one is dracion, who poured every ounce of their energy into making this project the best it could be.  ^_^  The amount of detail is astounding and truly blows me away; DracioN guest-appearing as the cashier, and some of Drac's friends popping up in the park, for instance.  The storyline simply puts a big smile on my face every time I read it.  It's voraciously-fun, but also contemplative and sweet too.  *^^*  The Clifford inspiration is wonderful too, as I remember it being one of my favorite cartoons back in my youth~

Guan stars as the adorable little lizard-kid and happy Shadox-owner in this, as well as being the one who purchased this commission.  :3  Guan is typically an adult iguanko, but he has such an adorable younger version that I was very happy to pair up with his tyke-self like this.  Plus, I DO love children; such tasty and energetic tidbits they are.  <3  Lil' Guan is my favoritest kiddo though, easily!  Woof~

I do heavily recommend viewing the full-size image of this at the top of this description!  I have a rule not to stretch my FA submission pages horizontally or I would have posted the full size here instead.  The amount of detail is incredible though (especially on the internals, my goodness they are beautiful!), and totally worth appreciating in full view.  :3

Also, viewers.  What do you think of this size of mine?  This...sorta macro, but not super-lots, size.  I'm curious if people enjoy it and would like to see it again~  ^^
