You know, I hadn't made that connection, before you mentioned it. But with what we have seen of Roy and Tiffany and even Mars, (though I still think he will spare his sister, as well as Marci), it makes sense that Skylar has preyed upon several girls from his town already, prior to Marci, and somehow gotten away with it. Now I am getting particularly curious about a comment Skylar made to a friend via that special chat service, when she asked if he was 'working on a new commission', and he said something to the effect of, "Yeah, but this one's different. I think I like this one." I'm guessing we will soon see how he ends up with one or more 'patrons' for these 'commissions'. If he wants to keep cooking people and making someone super-stuffed with his cooking, he needs a very special sort of clientele to serve those special meals to. Perhaps some denizens of Hell?

It could be that he moonlights selling body-modding services to the wealthy, using his cooking to alter people on commission. And it could also be that, before falling for her, this could have actually been Marci's fate, to be done up just so and sold, and possibly eaten by a client of his. So it's possible that by this chain of events, Marci has avoided her death unwittingly, and might be in line for Satan's reward.
