Niamh loves mushrooms. She has always been fascinated by the seemingly endless variety of them, from the ones that are good to eat to the ones that are best simply admired. She often grows her own, and she finds the basements and cellars of Cearnach Castle quite handy for those purposes. But she much prefers to go out in the surrounding forests and find them in the wild. She will sometimes walk for miles in search of her delicate treasures, and it looks like she has made quite a find today!

There's actually a pretty wide range of food that is either really bad for them, or outright fatal, that most people probably wouldn't think twice about feeding them. Carrots, for example, aren't fatal like mushrooms are, but they're still awful for rabbits. It'd be like if you ate nothing but cookies and cake all day long. But that's getting into rant territory.

Neat! I've never had the pleasure of keeping a rabbit myself, but they are quite lovely animals, and all so full of personality. I dunno if Niamh would care much for being petted, but I think she'd love ice cream if she could get it.

Everyone should have some kind of hobby that tickles their fancy and stimulates discovery! Oh, I definitely agree. The right hobby can be a lot of help in keeping things interesting. I'd imagine Niamh's is quite useful, too, since there are so many things you can do with mushrooms. Plus if there are any medicinal applications, which I should look up, she'd definitely find them. Being the equivalent of a PA can be rather handy at times.
