Did... did her hove just get cut off? I only ask because the hyper movement blur is over it and the list she was holding is on the ground with dark slashes.

All those years, and Rarity still forgets that tempting Murphy is not a good idea. (Nice to see she's learned a few hair tricks like Pinky used. Wonder if she ever did a hair growth spell and role-played the Mane-iac for Spike? :-P )
