"I Own Nothing but Maria"
Well here we are with a revamp of something I did on DA twice, drawing everyone six years later, which means it's STORY TIME!
After an all too narrow victory over the entirety of the Suppression Squad and Super Scourge, Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, and Amy drag their battered bodies, and the sleeping Rosy through the warp home and collapse upon the floor of Vanilla's home. After being seen to by Vanilla and Cream, Sonic and Knuckles head outside to discuss what had just happened. Sonic felt that battle to be thrilling, and wished for more like it, while Knuckles didn't like how close it came to them losing. Announcing his intent to leave for awhile with the Master Emerald, the Chaotix and his family to train and become even stronger Knuckles leaves the others through his warp ring. Not one to be outdone, Sonic decides that he will also train for however long Knuckles intends to be gone, running back inside to announce his intent to Amy and Tails. The two agree and spread the word to team dark, who decide to make a contest out of it, whoever comes out the most improved gets a reward. With that Amy takes the still sleeping Rosy with her, as they all head their separate ways.
AMY ROSE- Six years with her Moebius counterpart in the sacred halls of The Order of M has made both Amy and Rosy strong in the mystical arts. While once a very resilient toy, she has improved her skills to hone her Piko Piko Hammer into a deadly weapon. While Rosy remained behind in the care of the Mages to heal her tortured soul, Amy left to return home a high level battle mage.
ESPIO- Espio went with the other Chaotix into a seperate dimension where gravity was stronger in order to get stronger. While the others focused on their strength Espio poured over ancient scrolls of knowledge to increase his Ninja Skills. He now knows that he should not shout "NINJA ARTS, CAMOUFLAGE!" everytime he goes invisible, and some other nifty tricks. He also found a finely crafted blade that the locals happily let him have, as it was said to be cursed, though it seemed to not affect him. Like all the Chaotix he was given the brands of strength when he completed his training.
JULIE-SU- While off world with the Chaotix and Knuckles Julie's time was split between training and raising her daughter, Lara-Su who was only a baby when they left. The Locals of the dimension helped in this regard, acting as teachers for her when it came to things that she had never learned, and watching over the young Lara when it was time for Julie to train. While in this dimension she lost her ID band, vest, and boots requiring the locals to help her craft replacements. Her brands of strength replace her ID Band.
KNUCKLES- In the new dimension Knuckles trained his body and mind harder than the rest. While still interacting with his friends and his family, his mind was almost entirely focused on becoming stronger so he could protect his family. The dimensions people deeply respected his dedication and upon completion of the training gave him not only the brands of strength, but also of will, a high honor for their people. Then again, they ate rocks...
MARIA- Being a normal Mobian, Maria used her connection with Shadow (Who thought she was Maria Robotnik reincarnated as a Hedgehog) to gain access to a GUN Training facility. While there she learned all she could from the teachers, earning an honorary corporal title, as well as a shiny medal. While there she also gave out her homemade cookies at the end of every month, prompting the commander to try and hire her as a chef.
ROUGE- The day after the wager was made Rouge was approached by a cloaked figure who invited her into a secret bat clan. Accepting Rouge found herself whisked away to a desert temple where she trained with many skilled warriors, all of them attempting to induct her fully into the clan. When she learned that the clans true purpose was to assassinate those viewed as corrupt she began to formulate a plan to wipe them out and take all the treasures they had collect over the centuries. After putting this into action and escaping the smoldering temple with all the loot Rouge decided to do some more treasure hunting till everyone came back, catching the ire of local enforcer Jack Rabbit.
SHADOW- Shadow just increased his training regiment. He had done his soul searching already, he didn't need to do it twice. Besides it would mean he wouldn't have time to spend with Omega, his bestest buddy in the whole wide world, and that was out of the question. He also found some clothes he really liked.
SONIC- Sonic spent six years in the Dragon Kingdom, learning from his fathers old friend, Master Hornbill, and sparring with the local hero, Ken Kahn. While there he met another of his fathers old friends, Harvey Who, who let him know that while he was gone he had people in place to keep Robotnik at bay. While there and learning more about the Chaos Emeralds through random experimentation Sonic's spines had green rings form on them.
TAILS- Tails spent his six years at an Air Force Academy, learning combat, and more advanced aerial techniques, and gaining access to tools and tech he couldn't before. While there he built a new plane, the X-Tornado, and several other things, such as a pair of advanced pair of glasses that let him scan robots for weak points.
VECTOR- While in the other dimension, Vector bulked up and honed his detective skills. When not training Vector was spending time with the others, keeping moral up, and sending letters to Vanilla to keep everyone updated on their progress, and give an idea of when they were coming home, though hidden at the bottom were love letters to Vanilla, who unbeknownst to everyone was in a relationship with him, carrying his first child.
