its not really secret, i found it on FB and shared but since i shared a lot of content i usually save which i like the most. I feel bad cuz i cant take you to the credit since i forgot it. and you have to try, like the color i used on my char now is not even the color i put in my ref, just pick the color in the same set and a bit of adjustment will give you surprised result. Also try different layers mode like screen, dodge, overlay..... i use it a lot

you don't have to understand anything, just try! my coloring is SUPER RANDOM!!! i just mix everything and change layer mode continously until it looks good, sometimes the result is suprisingly cool. You gotta try~
