Trevor finds himself in the clutches of a mad scientist who decides to experiment and see how much ticklin' a shark in his undies can take!
The lab equipment is based mostly on that from the Biker Mice from Mars playset "Dr. Karbunkle's Transporter and Secret Lab," a playset I loved as a kid because it was the first mad scientist themed playset I ever owned. The hand using the feather to tickle Trevor is the Grisly Grip Claw. Above it is the Doom Drill and Cyclo-Driver. Even the big knife hanging on the edge (which the toy box identified as the Laser Scalpel) of the table in the background and how it's hanging on is from that playset.
