It's a VERY starry night, and Stanley AKA Numbuh 61 has just morphed into his Kid-Friendly-Vampire-Self, "Spank Happy Numbuh 61"
HE morphed into Vampire Mode because he is going on a night flight. A fellow Aussie kid, Numbuh 4 sees this and wants this and wants to tag along, Knowing that Spank Happy 61 would not harm him.
Vampire-Stanley AKA Spank Happy Numbuh 61 agrees to let Wally/Numbuh 4 go with him. Who knows? Wally might enjoy flying on a Spank Happy Vampire ^^
