A little comic I drew between classes, based on an old fight I had with my mom, where I (unsuccessfully) tried to explain sexuality to her. If you cannot read my handwriting, read the below. I need a better quality scanner, or something...

Sexuality is kinda like soda.

Let's say straights like Pepsi... & Gays like Coke...

Most soda drinkers then prefer Pepsi, analogous to straight relationships. Some others, like Coke, or gay relationships. No matter how much each company may try, drinkers' tongues are dead set on being in favor of one...

However... Nothing is ever so black & white. Some drinkers may like both sodas, or other brands, or none at all! & that is perfectly fine as well. It's normal.

I myself like Coke, Pepsi, & even other brands of soda. Though they taste different, & I may reach for cherry Coke one day & crystal Pepsi next week, I'm not flipflopping brands. I am a Bisexual, & that's okay.

Some like many brands, yet they care less about the differences in taste between brands. They are Pansexual.

There are others who dislike soda drinking. They may refuse for religious reasons, because they don't like soda, or are disgusted by it. Celibacy, Asexuality, & Sex Repulsion are all okay. Soda isn't necessary to everyone's life. Respect that.

Different countries may have different views on drinks, & there may be different brands we don't use. Those drinks are still valid, not made up.

Now, there are those who may choose to drink Coke together, though they like other sodas. It does not mean they choose to now hate Pepsi. It only means they more prefer having coke only with them.

Let people drink how they like. It harms nobody! Thanks.
