Meet Iva, a halfling elf-dragon from the city of Pila, New Mordor on a planet known as Solara, which currently is a ghost planet after the 2004 gamma ray attacks by one of the planet's arch enemies called the Great Gray race after they found out an escaped chimera alien, also known as a hybrid alien named Tellisu escaped their custody and took shelter on Solara, who's elven population takes in alien refugees from other worlds took her in. The grays on the other hand considered this an act of war as Tellisu has knowledge on their inner workings as well as weapons being developed, this was way back in 1965 though, and Tellisu was discovered to have been living there in 2002 but had since left, but this is another story...as for Iva, here is what happened to her and how she survived the lethal thermal flash, gamma rays and neutrons as well as X-rays...
Iva had a normal childhood in Pila, living comfortably in a wealthy family, her father, a scientist and engineer in both genetics and weapons design was the breadwinner, her mother more traditional was a magic user, something not common in modern cities as she came from a small farming town in the country. Her mother also gave her a necklace with a gem or some kind of charm on it that is very old and was found by her great great grandmother. Iva was a city girl up until the age of 8 when the attack came...
On August 12, 2004 the Great Grays carried out the deadliest attack seen in their history, one involving a new kind of weapon, a hybrid of an atomic bomb and a laser, it basically uses nuclear fusion in a controlled stream that is focused and fired at one target as well as nuclear fission at the same time to cause as much damage as to the target as possible, this was violation of the peace treaty of 1887 banning WMDs but they did it anyway and attacked with 8 of these new cannons mounted in motherships that surrounded the planet.
Iva and her family tried to escape the toxic smog that the gamma rays created from the atmosphere, and she got separated from her parents in the chaos at one of the space ports in Pila, she has been on her own since then, now 20 and fully grown she has become tough and has came close to being killed and taken advantage of but she learned how to use firearms and some magic from her folks, she had to learn driving on her own and stayed in the Pila area around the coast of the southern ocean until 2016 when she met a group of people from another world, one of them, Ezinma, and elf girl from a different planet with a county known as the kingdom of the forest, Cillian, Taiga, Kira, Paulie, Bo and Paulie, dragons from earth as well as Tellisu, the alien defector of the grays creation, whom she has no idea contributed to the attacks on Solara, she has learned a lot from them, as well as earth not being what she has been told about, as of now she's traveling with them as Tellisu is on a quest to find a friend of hers, Exi 'Tyummi, an elf she befriended in 1966 who lived in a small Wakki village.
