When Marc was sick and Melissa tried to help it wasn't enough to get him better soon so Pepa watch and she wanted to give it a try and what Marc experienced isn't something what he expected. At the end she cured him and when Melissa walked in amazed Pepa express her true feelings to Marc. That made pissed off.
