This is Prince Chaka
When he was a kid he was adducted and experimented on to become a mutant lizard man. But when he was saved by a mystery person he returned to his father where his people accept him for who he is. Later his father was killed and the enemy blamed it on Marc now Chaka will have his vengeance.
