Or else, he is doing a very good job of literally 'putting the fear of God into her'. Gluttony is one of the classic 'seven deadly sins', and despite his role in enabling her, she is quite guilty of it. If he was just going to eat her, or prepare her for someone else to eat, he could have killed her right after her chair collapsed. Threatening her and talking with her now can change her focus to, "What do I have to do, to save my own life and my soul?". If she fails, Satan gets her, and maybe she does get eaten, in Hell. If she succeeds though, maybe she can still redeem herself?
I don't think Skylar will fuck her. Not after the way she treated Marci. And I don't think he will personally eat her, because what he cooks tastes terrible to him. But he may well do these 'commissions' to provide victims like her to others to eat.
