In one episode, the strayed card turns back time 1 day.The card morphs into somebody who looks like an old man .Since the cartoon only runs 30 minutes, time got turned back only 2 times.
This is yet another variant of the Groundhog Day films (variants include Groundhog Day, an episode of "Lois & Clark", an episode of Xena, an episode of Star Trek, and the forementioned CardCaptor episode.)
