Might I suggest some kind of whimsical censor, like pasting a hamburger over the nudity? Silly censors are generally received better than black boxes. :3

Maybe not hamburgers per say, but perhaps something relating to the story, either way if you do end up seeing just a cropped image with a link then you know the image was taken down :(
