It's strange the disconnect I feel with the fashions of the decade of my school years.  Then again, I never did follow trends, not even to avoid them.

I have had more fun drawing the older fashions-the more recent are nice but not as much fun!

Maybe, because they're more recent, you're more used to them.  After all, fashion requires a bit of unfamiliarity so it can stand out and be noticed (or not stand out, depending on the effect one is after).
