She's giving her heart to you; metaphorically speaking, of course.

I decided to make a clean version of Hands On Heart, because I just now decided to, and also because not many people seemed to care for the gory version.

Probably has a rent in her chest and her heart in her hands with vessels still attached most likely.

(Casper can take his heart out. Whether it beats or not is still a question. Ghost blood is colorless and clear, but is an ingredient in magic, along with ghost tears and ghost sweat.)
