This is a special commission for DaTi featuring himself as his Shadowrun character complete with retractable fireblade and cyberpunk armor. This commission ran outside of my regular waiting list, because it part of an annual collaborative charity effort of furry artists, that come together to raise money for wildlife preservation projects. The whole thing is called "The Naturama Project" ( http://naturama-projekt.org/ ) and has been a long running charity event that I've been partaking in for a few years now. About the picture itself: I knew going in that this was gonna be a complex one, but I must say I relished the challenge. The cyberpunk setting is one of my favorites and I just love digging through various sources to gain inspiration. It's a process that takes a lot of time, but in the end, every moment spent is worth it. The final picture reflects my current artistic level as I can go all out on the details and effects to try and create the best picture possible. And I really enjoyed every minute I spent working on this.
