Emperor Kovsai is an unsettling, odd character. Small, pretty, and with a slithery demeanor, even Katric's loyalists, like Vikna, admit that while they pledge their lives to Katric and the Emperor, can't help but get a little uneasy in Radoslav's presence at times.
