Woof, this one's been sitting on my desk for a week as a circle with a stick-spine. Then she just appears on my desk after 2 hours and lack of sleep. Huh.
Here's Jazzi, Watmel City's resident Gym Leader. She's the little surprise to any traveling trainers visiting the city for their badge. Due to Jigglypuff anatomy, they become more dense rather than grow outward. The fact that Jazzi is 400+ lb of solid puff is reason enough that you don't want to get punched by this cutie.
And of course, like all Jigglypuff, Jazzi can 'let herself go' and grow to massive sizes. But more on that later.
