Laelia Truce is a young Muse, the daughter of Laeticia Truce, and, as Lovelocks, one of three young ladies making up the Charmers. She has magical powers over light.

Courteous, fine, and matter-of-fact on the surface, Laelia has an adventurous free spirit but suffers anxiety when asked for her input, leading to rushed or deferential decisions, strange and awkward responses, and second-guessing herself. Combined with her Lovelocks persona's girly obsession with justice & love, this gives her a reputation as very ditzy. In reality she is far more savvy and perceptive than either of her teammates, but shy about speaking her mind.

Although she is normally completely harmless and very friendly, Laelia is sensitive to a fault and her vengeance can be terrifying. She is especially vicious if her friends or loved ones are threatened.
