That's not the tone I see. She's sweating and appearing concerned that if Sketchy's brother had forced herself on her she might not have resisted, or secretly WANTED him to violate her.
If you look at it from a humane perspective sex should always be consensual. If she let him do things to her but didn't really WANT him to do those things than she's going to feel conflicted and upset and guilty and shameful afterwards. And maybe he'd go farther next time.
So I'm not reading what you're reading into it at all. To me she sounds worried about her friends safety, and wants to say more, but is forcing herself to stay quiet before she becomes judgmental. After all, Sketchy came to her to vent. So now she's like go ahead and finish the story.
