Jaque got surprised by the monkey girl who just went up to him and began to snuggle him.
It seemed like Yuki just wanted to snuggle against his big belly and didn't think of going further.
Of course, Irene is not happy that someone may steal her boyfriend, even though it's probably not intended on Yuki's side. And by that I mean she didn't know Jaque already had a girlfriend, something she would know if the embarrassed rabbit managed to say something.
