For the first time ever, I managed to make the deadline for submitting art to a conbook. And it was accepted! My art was featured smack dab in the middle of the Anthro New England convention booklet, and it feels like such a personal victory for me. I'd really like to do even more to contribute art to conventions I attend.
The convention theme was science, for the record, so I thought back to my days in botany class, and how fun it was to grow plants under different circumstances and monitor their growth. The little rat assistant is just a random character I made for this piece.
