The skunk stuck his rump out the door and let one go, the stink filled the diner and everyone evacuated, the skunk grabs the mouse/cat and ran out as fast as possible to his van to drive off, slightly tilted w/ the mouse/cat's weight in the back.

The mouse/cat rubbed his eyes a lil and breathed easier, the skunk apologized but at least they were out now, the mouse/cat apologized as he might not be able to got there again cause of him, the skunk said he never really liked the food there cause of a lack of bacon.

He said he was only there cause he needed a bathroom break, which the mouse/cat chuckled a lil finishing wiping his eyes from his tears, they continued on until the mouse/cat said he could drop him off in the back of the building he was staying at.

Once there, the mouse/cat got out w/ his meal in tow, once again apologizing for causing him trouble, the skunk said it was no problem, then he wrote on a piece of paper and handed it to the mouse/cat, "I'm Eric." he said, "I'm Proto, a pleasure."

Proto took the paper and Eric said he'd be happy to hang out anytime, but hopefully not when this curse happens, though if it did, he would be there to comfort, Proto nods and waves a bit as Eric drove off, w/ the peace of mind for their new friend.
