I finally got a baseline idea for Island has a superhero. His name is Electro-Lutra and he fights mainly hand to hand. His powers are over electricity which be channels into the power cells on the back of his gloves. Electro-Lutra can release store of electrical energy from the power cells to increase the effectiveness of his punches or to overload power conduits and another electrical items.
I'm still fleshing out a lot of his character at this point but right now that's a good baseline and the suit looks great. I just need to get a mask designed or go with the standard eye coverings.
