While Berry is searching for answer about people gaining these strange powers he comes across a person with the same powers as him. The new speedster is named Sawyer, a criminal who killed 30 people he got his powers from a strange man. Sawyer was sent to kill Berry and to make sure no one else follows in his footsteps.
